Moore Construction serves Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County.

Do you offer estimates?

Yes. We start with a free consultation and review of your scope, plans (if available), and finish level.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. CSLB #1094847 and insured. Proof available upon request.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We can manage permits and coordinate inspections with the city.

How long will my project take?

After we review scope, site conditions, and selections, we provide a realistic schedule with milestones.

How do you price projects?

Pricing is based on scope, materials, labor, site conditions, and permit requirements. When plans and selections are defined, we can provide a fixed-price proposal.

What is an allowance (price cap)?

An allowance is a budget set for specific finish items (tile, flooring, fixtures, etc.). If you select above the allowance, you pay the difference.

Can I upgrade materials?

Yes. We'll confirm pricing before ordering so upgrades stay controlled and transparent.

How do payments work?

Payments are tied to milestones (permit, foundation, framing, rough-ins, drywall, finishes, completion).

What is your typical process?

Consultation → estimate → plans/design (if needed) → contract → permits → construction → inspections → final walkthrough.

How do you handle changes during construction?

All changes are documented with a written change order (cost + schedule impact) before work begins.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a workmanship warranty, plus applicable manufacturer warranties.

How do you protect the property during construction?

Dust control, floor protection, clean staging, and consistent cleanup standards.
